Residential applications are made pet-safe and child-safe. Tell the technician where the animals sleep, where the children play and anything you keep uncovered, and the application is planned around it.
Termite service carries an annual warranty: free inspection and free re-treatment for a year after the work. If activity comes back inside that year, we come back.
No. Commercial pest control is scheduled around how the business actually runs, and there is no long-term contract or service agreement required to start.
A prep list, and it matters more than most people expect. Bed bug treatments succeed or fail on whether the room was properly prepared. Ask the office for the prep list when you book, and work through it before the technician arrives.
